Muscle Gain
This is a programme to help clients gain weight. Each client is provided with a diet and exercise plan (one from a registered nutritionist and one from a personal trainer). Our nutrition coaches will be having a 1-2-1 weekly conversation with a client about their progress, their feelings about the plan etc.
Why join our programme?
Muscle mass correlated with a healthier and faster metabolism. Muscle has been shown to reverse type 2 diabetes and boost immunity. Tt has also been shown to increase oxytocin and dopamine (the feel good hormones). Furthermore, research shows that resistance training decreased depression, anxiety and improves overall mood.
Our programme is effective in toning the body and increasing confidence in one's physic. We are one of the cheapest programmes and most effective; we provide personalised diet plans, weekly coaching and exercise plans.
Our professionals are registered with the AfN and have studied for over 3 years to obtain their degrees.
Prices:
First consultation - £5.00.
you will speak with an expert about yourself, your goals and what you would like to gain from this programme. You will also have an opportunity to ask any question you may have about this programme.
4-week programme - £350.
You will work with an expert to reach your desired weight through a diet and activity plan.
8-week programme - £800.
You will work with an expert to reach your weight goals through diet and exercise for eight weeks.

A healthy schedule - we help clients manage their time effectively.
Guidance on what supplements to use and when to use them.
